Mr. Gaczewski is the President of MDO and has a degree in Naval Architecture. He is involved in a variety of technical projects involving basic naval architecture, ship structural analysis, and basic ship design for conversion and new construction.

Mr. Vibhu is an executive team member of MDO and has a degree in Naval Architecture.

Saikat Das

 Mr. Das is an executive team member of MDO and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is our primary Marine Mechanical Engineer.

Joseph LaPlaca

Mr. LaPlaca is a staff Naval Architect at MDO and a graduate of Webb Institute. He serves on a variety of projects within the company.

 

Raj Sengupta

Consultant

Mr. Sengupta is one of the founders of MDO and is currently the chairman as well as a consultant and Advisor to the company.  He is a Naval Architect by profession.
